My daughter was living at Garden House for the whole duration of her degree at Buckingham. Right from the start, Nikki has been very warm and accommodating to all our queries, even before booking my daughter’s room. We had multiple phone calls concerning the location, the safety and the amenities, all of which Nikki handled with utmost professionalism. We visited Garden House when we dropped our daughter, and we loved it! It had all the desired amenities: a large kitchen with plenty of storage space, communal and personal lockers and clean working stations. The washing machines and dryers - available free of charge to students are absolutely wonderful! The house itself is very chic and my daughter’s room was very spacious. Multiple storage space, ensuite and her personal fridge/freezer. Staying at Garden House has proven to be a very good choice for my daughter. Strategic location, with steps away from both the town centre (to Llyods/corner shops/post office/Tesco/waitrose/ costa and coffee shops) and approx 3-5 min walk to Hunter Street Campus. Sainsburys and Verney Park are just 8-10 minutes walk away. Nikki is very responsive as a landlady, tackling every issue asap and is also very friendly. The cleaner Kelly is also friendly and leaves the house spotless. I would recommend GH to every student without any second thought, as it absolutely worth it. My daughter has made life-long friends there and had the best time of her life living there! X

I am presently a resident at Garden House, which is located 5 mins walk to The University of Buckingham.
I am fortunate to have discovered Nikki and her partner Graham as my Landlords. A fantastic team, they go above and beyond to ensure my comfort here.
The house itself is large, and beautiful, in a good state of repair, and exists away from the main roads, therefore we experience very little road noise. Each room have it's own modern private ensuite, fridge, desk, chair, bed, and multiple WiFi access.
The common areas are cleanned several times weekly by Kelly, one of a number of staff employed to keep this house running smoothly. Other staff includes a general handyman, grounds maintenance, appliance maintenance, a plummer, gas line inspector and electrician. Garden house have a large modern kitchen, with both gas and glass top stoves. It has several washers and dryers, and multiple shared refrigerators and freezers. Any issue reported is sorted without delay.
Nikki often leaves treats of cakes, pop, popsicles, chocolate bars, and other candies. She will even help you to get to the grocery store and back, if you arrange it with her. Graham even picked me up one day when I was stranded - Nice Range by the way!
I give Nikki, Graham, Kelly and other staff a five star for the effort they put into running Garden House.

Lovely location and very close to the university as well as the town centre with all its shops (Tesco, Buckingham Store, Sainsbury's, Costa and more). Nikki is an amazing landlady, who provides you with everything you need and is willing to go the extra mile whenever you have an issueor need someone - 10/10

I am extremely happy to have found this place to live. The room has everything a student need and a wonderful shower room. The owner is very helpful respectful, friendly and take good care of the property. The location is perfect, very close to the uni right at the town centre. I was there for one year but I would stay for much longer if needed. I loved it and am already missing it !!!

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to provide feedback on my stay at Garden House from Dec 2018 to present. I have very much enjoyed my stay at garden house, the bedroom sizes are excellent and having an en suite is great! The price for the area and close proximity to the university and market square is very reasonable and it includes cleaning of common areas which is fantastic! Despite it being quite a large house with about 12 people living there,
it is quite quiet and the common areas are not normally busy and general left quite clean. The landlady is lovely and friendly and any issue I have had there (which haven’t been many) have been dealt with in a very timely manner! She is also very easy to talk to and very approachable! If it wasn’t for the fact that I wanted to bring my cat up to Buckingham next year I would defiantly stay at Garden House.

I really liked staying here because everything was well organised and I could always call Nikki if there was any problem, for example in the kitchen or with the washing machine or dryer. Whenever you contacted her there was a quick and friendly response. Also when I wanted to stay three months longer, there was no problem. The house is right in the centre of town so very close to shops and the university as well.

 I lived in Garden house two years and half as a postgraduate student. It's calm and friendly, a good distance from Buckingham university, close to town centre and lots of shops and restaurants. Room size is very good compare to university accommodation. Common areas (cooking facilities) are clean and well-maintained, and the laundry is free. The management is very helpful.
